Last night was easy, I filled out the calendar and booklets from the NHS and then watched a film with my OH.
I felt a crave driving to work this morning so I popped in a lozenge and all is well. Its time to put my patch on now, so hopefully smoking will leave my mind shortly

You are definitely approaching this with the right attitude, just keep plenty of distractions about and those cravings will get easier and easier to brush off. Well done
I find it very satisfying looking back at my major stressy crave on day 3.
It makes me happy to beat up that nicotine monster. I hope people reading this will take the time to remember a bad crave and how you didnt give in to it
