Day 4 and it looks as if I've got the weekend almost under my belt without any slip ups. So far so good. Just a few smoking thoughts, usually after my meals when I'm enjoying a tea or coffee BUT I haven't been tempted. Right now I'm quite enjoying this feeling that I'm doing very nicely without the need for a smoke. I don't want to smoke at all. I know, still early days but I'm going to win this time.
