Hospital Monday for consultant for on going condition.
Hospital Friday to see eye surgeon , had a squint so went private for surgery April this year, two ops and still look terrible. So not be out for six months,
Half tooth fell out so dentist Monday .
And lastly my sister had a plate fitted in her skull a month ago and was re admitted yesterday as her face is so badly swollen, they might have to take it out because of infection.

Sorry to hear about all your troubles but you have to think to yourself how is smoking going to help. Can you really think of even one positive reason to smoke. After 11 weeks if you have that first smoke you will feel even worse.
Do not use this as reason to start again, if you do you will regret it and have to do that first 11 week again. Stick at it we are all behind you
As others have said Tracey, smoking won't change anything apart from giving one more thing to feel bad about.
I've got things going on here, some minor, some potential more serious; smoking hasn't crossed my mind because it has nothing to do with anything else, and after 11 weeks you should have plenty of armour to see you through this patch.....

Sorry that you're having such a rough time of it
Is there something (besides smoking) that would usually help you to relax? Maybe a treat that you wouldn't normally buy? Whatever it is, do it! You have to remember to be good to yourself, or your brain will automatically jump to smoking for the relief you need.
We're here if you need to blow off some steam hun x
Just a quick note to say thanks one and all. I have not smoked through my upsets, so thanks, just a little down as got my big appointment Friday with yet another eye surgeon hoping they can make me less cross eyed so wish me look, but have not smoked so far so thanks .
Well done Tracy you are having a rough time I think the mistake a lot of people make is they suffer in silence, you have put your thoughts to the forum which in my opinion is very wise! The nicodemon has been making an attack because he can spot you are in a vulnerable position, but there is strength in numbers he can't beat us all! That's where our group will always defeat him, so hang in there things will get better and you will remain a non-smoker, and you will be in a better position to help others who are having a struggle.Good Luck
