579 Days

I've been smoke free for 579 days, 9 hours, and 44 minutes. You can do this, boys and girls. If I did it, you can do it.

What saddens me is that my GF keeps failing. She's been "quit" for 12-13 weeks, but not really. Sneaks one every so often. Bums one off others at parties. Has gone down the Chantix route, but it didn't work for her.

I am not optimistic that she will get/stay smoke free.

But...you can only quit for yourself, they say. And I've done that - for 579 days so far! :)

Wow weeee

Hey Mr DGee :)

Great to see you posting and still going strong :D

I have an anniversary coming up very soon  I've not looked at my quit counter for quite awhile so will no doubt be in for a pleasant surprise :)

The fact your gf hasn't stopped giving up is good and hopefully she will find a permanent quit soon

Onwards and upwards is the only way to go

Regards

Carol
