Yeah I have been awol for a while, said my thanks in December as I felt I had it cracked then but would never have got through to Xmas without this forum. Obviously its well worth dropping in on the milestones.. see you next year!!

Kidding.. I have talked a good friend into stopping and recommend this forum so gonna keep an eye out for him and maybe offer some advice to the new quiters.. bless em!

No I couldn't find the group either.

I haven't quit, I have however stopped smoking all the time (ie. I only smoke 1 or 2 times a month) which I am happy with for now. One day i'll come back and do it properly, but I guess I'm not quite ready to say goodbye for good.

Really pleased you made it. You were always so positive at the egining. You helped me a lot too! Dunno what happened to everyone else?

Well done Ican and snik and Lau its still a good achievement to get it under control and not go back to full time smoking.
