Well I'm back after my relapse back in late August, and am now 25+ days into this quit after getting straight back on the wagon, even starting to forget about smoking altogether for 12 ~ 24 hours at a time now.
My life has also changed dramatically since quitting with so many benefits, Here are just a few :
Not having to bow down to the all important king slick nic everytime the beggar calls.
Being able to run a mile for the first time in 8 years non stop in just over 8 minitues.
No more being lethargic every single day :o.
Fresh and minty breath and nice smelling hair and no more yellow fingers and teeth.
No more severe heartburn every day :D.
And these benefits are just the tip of the iceberg for me
Anyway I hope I don't sound like I am rubbing it in or bragging as I am not meaning to, I just want to share a few of the benefits to the new or will be quitters, if you quit smoking and stick with it.
