Hello everyone, here I am then - 1 year done on 9th September.

Feel a bit bad about coming back on here just to say this when I have been absent for so long but I felt obliged to do so purely in the hope that someone in their very early days might read this and gain a little strength knowing that IT CAN BE DONE!!

I'm a different man now than I was a year ago. Healthy and Happy. You cant ask for more than that really can you.

So glad to see that you have posted. Even more glad to know that you are still free. (Slight downside is I would have been quit a year if I had stuck at it). You truly deserve the freedom and health that comes from being a non smoker. I hope you are still as positive as you were and that you will drop in from time to time to keep the spirits of others up.
