Just reporting in here from my holidays...still going strong and 148 days :)..no cravings, no slip ups and feeling fantastic.. And experiencing a new past time what I couldn't do as a smoker....Snorkeling Fantastic feel free and alive from the demon. But Nic has lots of lost souls here

Well done, that is one of the hardest things in my experience, to go on your first holiday abroad and not smoke. You seem to have cracked it.

Members of the gender that have a periscope which has no memory, no conscience and over which they appear to have no control should really avoid submarine references. At least mine will ensure I stay afloat, your periscope could and almost certainly has sunk you before now! Of course, these days the mechanism might require something in the way of, how shall I say this, WD40 to ensure its operation!

It's wonderful to be fag-free and it's wonderful to be on holiday, so being fag-free and on holiday must be doubly wonderful!
