145 Days Today!!!

I am rolling on through 5 months of no smoking. I try to get on this forum as much as I can. I am taking 4 classes at the current moment and it takes ALL my time, but I DEFINITELY care about ALL of you.... :):):):):)

I had a major craving yesterday. I was talking on the phone and my neighbor walked outside to check the mail and out rolls a puff of smoke from her mouth. I think if I would have had an e cig I may have taken a puff, but of course my willingness to succeed in this quit outweighs any possibility of ever returning to smoking. It smells so bad. LoL.... So no, I quit cold turkey and it was difficult, but I made it just about 6 months without it. I don't need it.

I just want everyone to know it gets easier. There are days, maybe closer to a week now, I don't think about smoking. It's getting easier and easier and you will feel so much better getting to where I am if your quit is behind me. Don't give up, stay focused, and always think, "I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF" YOU can do ANYTHING you set your mind to doing.
