Thanks guys I really appreciate the kind words. The only thing I feel bad about is not posting very often anymore. It just seems that once you're far in to your quit you in a way forget about logging on. That's a good thing because I'm not thinking of the cigs like I once did however I know I need to be here to encourage others to keep going strong.
I always wondered when I could consider myself a non smoker. I didn't want to give myself credit to soon. At this point in my quit I am a non smoker, I feel like its now okay to use those words. I tell people I used to smoke and it feels great.
All of you can do this, you can all make it to the point of saying I used to smoke and say it proudly knowing in your heart its true because you've beat it! Never stop fighting because although its been said a million times it does get easier period. The cravings pass and we know this so when one is getting to you remember that its going to pass and you'll be just fine. Consider it a challenge and once you've beat it feel great about it. Take them one at a time and approach them this way and you'll find yourself feeling like a winner all the time and that's a great way to feel. I could ramble on for hours so ill stop now. Lol keep it up, good luck in your quit and ill check in again to see how you all are doing.
