I had my last smoke on 7th July this year so am now at week 11.

Just wanted to thank everyone on this forum, I have only just joined but have visited many times in the last 11 weeks and you really have helped.

Smoked way too many for way too long - finally think this time I've cracked it, so THANK YOU!!
