Yay day 8

So pleased to say I am on day 8 and feeling pretty relaxed and a lot less stressed and moody than I was on day 3 - 4.

Weekend was a little tough at times as went out had a couple of wines but although the cravings set in a few times I stayed strong.

Feeling positive Im going to crack it this time. and I have already noticed a little bit of finanical freedom and what seems to be smoother breathing.

Thank you again for the support from some of you already.
