...when month 1 officially changes over to month 2, but it's more than 4 weeks for me now so I'm claiming that as being month 2. Just one day at a time, and feeling great about it

Oh, that's brilliant, neveragain!:D I'm so glad that you are still going strong. Thank goodness for this place, eh?! It's certainly the place to be if you want to let off a bit of steam or if you want to celebrate another milestone on this journey to freedom and wealth! Keep on truckin'!:D

Congrats on your quit so far neveragain

As for when you change rooms, the easiest way to do it is to use your quit date.

If you started your quit on 18th August you move into month 2 on 18th September and month 3 on 18th October etc. :D

Keep going, it will start to get easier and easier soon.

Almost through day 32

Now, there are no months with more than 31 days so now I know I'm comfortably in month two - and apart from a REALLY bad crave over the weekend (succesfully dealt with though) I'm feeling pretty good again. Each one you win makes you a little bit stronger.

Now just need to deal with the 3.5 Kg ive put on

Easy though....

Congratulations on being comfortably into month 2 and on dealing with that crave!

I havent weighed myself for a few weeks now, but I have discovered that in the last week a few pairs of trousers have become a little bit tight!

Now five weeks in - cold turkey too, and feeling really, really good. Feels much more like the times when I've quite succesfully (I know that sounds stupid, but by that I mean times when I've quite for more than a year and have no more cravings) tha the last few attempts when even after weeks I was climbing the walls - not this time. Done with them - one fag at a time, mind you
