My last day in week 1. This has been the first day were I haven't had anything to keep me busy. I don't mind tho because there will be days when I don't have anything to do so I need to get used to it. Had a couple if craves but nothing I can't handle - I know they are only in my head. I'm looking forward to posting in week 2 and marking the progress.

Well done Mark! Just remember when you get those craves that it will get easier! As the days and weeks go by you will think about it less and the strength of the craves will weaken. It is so worth sticking to it. You have never stopped trying which tells me you really want to quit and that is half the battle. You will be joined by lots of new quitters next month for stoptober but you have a head start and will be well into your 4th week by then, you can offer support to them and reinforce your own quit at the same time. Once again well done you!:)

Thanks guys. For the first time I had to have something sweet when I had a craving today. Spending the day with the other half and he is smoking away. I'm back to a normal feeling of barely noticeable cravings. But my chest is slightly sore, as is my throat, so it helps a bit. I'm looking forward to helping stopober quitters. Glad to hear you are also doing well nicki - we can do it!!!

Not what you're looking for?
