Head and sinus

Today is day 8. I continue waking up in the morning with my ears ringing, headache and sinus pressure. Really a downer when one of my goals was to improve these issues by quitting. Been trying to quit for about a month and when I started using the 14 mg patch, I found success. Are the head and sinus issues common during withdrawal after 7 days? A decongestant helps but hate using those every day. I want to feel clean and healthy like nonsmokers!
