Actually feel happy today... 1st time in a longgg time

noones peeving me of... ive kinda hidden myself... the only time I go in the living room is to eat... or clean lol....

Day 35... im a right moody moo atm... im using stupid reasons to rip peoples heads off... silly reasons like people refusing to smoke outside... me having to do all the cleaning/cooking.... when theres 2 other people that could help ect ect x

She is capable, but she doesnt understand.... shes not all there if u no what I mean.... if I didnt cook, they would have a sandwich for the day (my dads diabetic) also everytime we visited the house was absolutely discusting.... looked liked it never got cleaned.... tryed doing a cooking/cleaning rota bt didnt work x

I am on day 42 and am having to learn how to control my emotions....my anger and frustration increased and I was lost as to how to control it. Is getting better! The same cant be said for the anxiety unfortunately

But you're amazingly strong - might not feel like it but you are - keep going!!

TBH I don't think being annoyed with people for smoking inside is a silly reason to be annoyed - you're quitting and you do so much for them it's only fair they should at least have a smoking room so thy don't inflict it on you.
