Just running in very quick

Just to let you all know that I am still smoke free. Seven months now.

Time flys

Been really busy at work. Just had an increase in hours and payrise.

Got bitten by a dog a few months back and arm is still sore. Simple dog bit never dreampt it would painful. Had to have the bit opened up and drained due to an abcess that formed under it. 2 lots antiobotics and tetnus injection.

Nice scar and it still hurts.

Better run as need my bed
