Day 11.....hardest so far!!

Never posted before......have been silently observing from a far which has been a real help. So, day 11 and down to a couple of pieces of gum a day-not too bad when I'm living in a chain smoking country-people even smoke on their mopeds out here, amazing!

Finding today a real struggle but off down the squash court to batter a few balls.......

Have to say this forum is amazing.....have been 'working from home' today and managed to read half the posts! Reassuring to know that your not going crazy (even though it feels like it most of the time!) and that there ar other people out there!

The fab thing about this place is that everyone has either gone through it, or is going through it so you've got plenty of help!! Know I'd be smoking again without the people on here.

No matter how hard they try, non-smokers can't get how tough it can be or how weird it makes you feel!!

Hello, vickie, and well done on 11 days! As has been said, everyone here knows about quitting and about how challenging it can be at times! It can be tough sometimes, but at other times, when you've got through a crave or you've got another day done, well, you just feel so proud of yourself!

The road to smokefreeness is a bumpy one, with lots of ups and downs. But the ups far outweigh the downs!
