Day 4 WOOT!!!!

This is my first post here so hi guys.

Well Im on day 4, and this time it feels easier but Ive tried before and it felt easy at the time but I failed in the end so Im not getting arrogant.

But I have been a bit snappy from time to time and my chest is starting to hurt as my body starts to sort itself out in general though I am absolutely chuffed to bits though as I couldn't even go 2 hours without a fag.

I respect anyone that can even attempt to quit and even harder if you have a partner that smokes, luckily mine doesn't.

It's an amazing feeling when you look back at days wothout having a fag when we "needed" one so often before - shows it can be done!!

You're right to be careful about getting overconfident, just keep plugging on and you'll get there!!

Hi beeks I know what you mean about being snappy I packed up 6 months ago and I'm still abit quick tempered but it's getting easier so keep up the good work good luck
