Well, kiddos, at midnight tonight it will be 18 months since my last cigarette. Never would have thought it could be possible.
To those in the early stages of your quit: hang in there. Anyone can do it, if they want to do it badly enough.
I must say, I now go months without even thinking of smoking. And when I do, it's not with nostalgia or longingness. It's more of a mild curiosity now.
I did it; you can do it. Simple as that.
