Well, today marks the competion of 4 weeks smoke free!!!!
Feels amazing to get this far, I am nervous about coming off the medication though?
Am I classed as a non smoker yet?

Thanks Gemma I guess you are right
Folks, please don't worry too much about coming off Champix and bear in mind that the recommended course is 3 months. Provided you aren't struggling with side effects then you may as well stay with the course and titrate down the dose as advised, that way your body gets used to having less and less of the medication in your system and so avoids any kind of shock. On the other side of the coin, I had to come off abruptly and although I found it hard I held on to my quit so either way there's no reason to assume it's going to jeopardise your quit.
In any case, its always safest to discuss any change in medication with a professional so please have a chat with your GP or smoking cessation nurse before taking any decisions.
