I am unwell but feeling great!

I went ill on Sunday with flu like symptoms and a chest cold, so I haven't been out since Saturday, I know if I was still a smoker I would have been feeling a lot worse and being I live alone I would have had to go out to buy cigarettes never mind how I was feeling.

So now being a non-smoker it has lifted another burden, and that's another freedom added to my list.

PS I am feeling much better today so I may venture out tomorrow,

hi Rex, that's not good that you have been poorly. I hope you are feeling better today.

Also apart from not having to go out for the cigs, hope much worse would your chest have felt if you were still smoking.:eek:

Sorry you haven't been well, but you'd have been tons worseif you still smoked!!

Good not having to worry about dragging yourself out for fags - I won't have to nag my mum into buying them for me next time I get ill!!

Was wondering how you feel today ? Much better I hope ! Maybe you feel strong enough to walk to those shops, get there, and walk right back knowing you don't have to buy those fags eh and enjoy the exercise and breathe in the fresh air.

I know what you mean about the fags......I smoked all through bronchitis.

Hi thanks for asking yes I am feeling much better today I seem to be over the worst of it and being a non-smoker is even better.
