Your doing brilliantly, and it does get easier. I remember going through the first two weeks and as the days went by I couldn't believe how much better it was getting. There are still moments of course, but I have a quit app on my phone telling me how many days, hours and minutes since my last cig. When I'm craving I look at that app and think how heartbreaking it would be to reset it back to zero.

So whether you have a quit app or not, you definitely dont want to go back to Day one, not after how well you've done. :)

Kaz............don't waste your money. They'll taste vile, they'll make you feel sick, they'll make your head spin.:(

I'm on Day 4 too and it has been an absolute struggle today, but I am so very, very glad now that I didn't give in. I was sorely tempted.:(

The feeling of not giving in is indescribably brilliant, you can feel so proud of yourself; it's such an achievement (especially when compared with how you'd feel if you gave in.)

Stay strong! :)
