Just thought I would pop in and say hello.

Huge congratulations to all those who have made it this far cold turkey hopefully nicotine is becoming a distant memory for you now and something you never go back to.

I am not nicotine free as I am still using the e-cig :eek:however I am cigarette free still with no intention or need to ever light one up again. So for me I am doing OK. Not as virtuous as those who quit completely but far better off than I have been for 35 years of smoking.

Best of luck to all those quitting in particular those who have fallen back before you can and will be free one day otherwise you would'nt be here
