Having a good day, the quitting fog seems to have lifted a little today. I feel like a turtle, slowly sneaking a peek out to check the world is safe, having hidden inside my shell for a while!

It is feeling good, been cleaning out a load of paperwork - all week I have been a little "off". Even snapped at my son once (I never raise my voice). But, it is worth it to be moving forward with this journey!
