Freedom at last!

Hi everyone.

I'm Debs, I smoked what will hopefully be my last cigarette 13 days ago. I have previously given up for 3 years but that was about 12 years ago.

I am using the gum but managing to have only 3 pieces a day and using normal gum the rest of the time.

Today has been quite stressful and I did consider lighting up earlier but reminded myself of how much I wanted to give up. I do this a day at a time.

Looking forward to getting feedback from others xx
