At 9pm tonight ( Welsh Time ) I will have completed 1 month as a non-smoker and I am feeling great

Fantastic, the 1st month as a non smoker and never a need to repeat it.

The back of the quit has been broken! Learning to live as a non smoker is phase 2 but as time goes by you become more experienced and it becomes easier to dismiss the wants that crop up along the way.

Just keep on keeping on.

Still going Strong

I am delighted that I am a non-smoker the smoke as cleared from my eyes the blinkers are off! Now I can see how bad it looks, when smokers are huddled together outside having their nicotine fix. As I pass I am not gloating, I am feeling sorry for them as others must have about me, but never again.
