I've been running into the posts on this board for quite a while now (during my many failed quit attempts), and I thought joining might help me with my quit.
I'm in my early 30s. Around three years ago, I managed to quit for a little more than two months, but I relapsed when an old friend came into town. Since then I've probably had four or five serious attempts at quitting, and countless haphazard tries.
Recently, I haven't been able to make it past 6 days, so I'm quite proud that I've now made it a week. I really think this is going to be the quit that sticks.
