Anyone using the electric cigarette? Im using the vip menthol one, its really good bit I eas wondering how long 1 lasts you to smoke? N anothir thing, how long till you can wean yourself off them, im near the end of day 3 so I know its not going to be anytime soon! Ty

The ends on those don't last anything like as long as they say!!

But they also sell the liquid so if you buy that you can top up the filter ends It's loads cheaper!!

best thing is to use it when you need to not just when you want to, but it's still really early days for you now so don't stress too much yet!

I have tried the e-cigarette and found that there is a new type out there which you can fill with any flavour, and this can be with or without nicotine.

I weened myself off of nicotine and found that I only take a puff now purely out of habit (something to do with my hands!)

Ive got a new one im really happy with, has zero nicotine... been on this one about 2weeks... im not too bothered abour totally comming off it yet... thankyou though

I'm using one with nicotine and I'm a bit worried I'm replacing one thing for another - anyone have any thoughts can you quit these easily? I must admit mines like Harry Potter's wand so I don't use it in public in case I get arrested but I do seem to be using it more which is worrying - or is it?

I think that the e-cigs are much better than smoking, full stop!

There are over 3000+ chemicals in the cigs that we used to smoke and the electric cigarette cannot have nearly as many as there is nothing burning.

I am the same as you though, I try to conceal the the cig when out and about too!

I feel much better and healthier since quitting and wish I had done this a lot sooner.

If you can get down to zero nicotine then you will just be going through the motions of taking a puff, and then I hope to be finally free entirely!

Hey, tbh, if u dont need it, just put it away till u do... or get some zero nicotine...

I will use it out as im proud to say im a non smoker now, just on the road for it to b a perminant quit
