Day Two : Easy

Not much to say really for some reason I am still not having cravings, Finding it extremely easy great day two, Officially furthest that I have ever got into a Quit Attempt.

Extremely positive for tomorrow. Trying not to be complacent

Hey keep at it! I found day 2 pretty easy as well but day 3 was challenging and today, day 4. I think the worst of it is done though thank god!

Be on guard though because the craves can really have you convinced, if you know what to expect then your good to go

Hey Nikki. Yeah I will definitely be on guard. Did you find yourself a bit complacent after your day 2? or is it just me.
