Yesterday was not that bad, I spent most of the day around friends, none of who smoke and had fewer triggers (riding back home 4 hours on a motorcycle, so gas breaks, sitting at home alone last night) to fight.
Today, I am at work, constantly chewing sugarless gum. It's pretty hard, have a sore throat for some reason and intermittent dry cough. Not sure if this is something to do with not smoking.
Dreading lunch. It will be tough not to smoke after eating. Will keep everyone posted. Any tips will be very much appreciated.
