I got up this morning and decided to give up smoking after 22 years of smoking about 30 a day. So far so good. I am surprisingly not craving ciggerettes as much as i thought i would. I am also on a diet which i have been on for over a week and doing well at that too.
I usually give in to the ciggerettes and food after the first hour normally so think im going to keep to both dieting and no smoking this time.
