into day 5 of not smoking and woke up this morning and my throat feels like I smoked 20 last night! Also without going into too many details my bowel movements are erratic! 
I'm guessing this is all part of the giving up process!

And there was me thinking that giving up smoking would make me smell a lot more pleasent!
