I slept quite well, wakened and put a patch on, only to find it stuck to the inside of my PJ's half an hour later. I'm still managing ok. The little sad feelings stop when I remind myself that this is not a friend that I'm losing. It's a matter of rethinking my thoughts and keeping distracted.
I listened to David Sedaris, on R4extra this morning (he does make me laugh).
Candy Crush is a good distraction too.
And before I know it, I've had breakfast with no outside smoking visit, my day is planned and I'm off to my middle daughter's for lunch later.
I feel like I've made progress and come a long way.
What a fool I would be if I gave in now.

I'm just entering day 4 too. I find not having one at Breakfast time still hard but like you I have found Candy Crush to be a brilliant distraction - also Bubble Witch too!
Oh That's good Abbi. Well done. I feel like I'm part of a wee club now.
I've tried Bubble Witch too and Minions. Sadly my 6 year old Grandson leaves me standing at Minions. I've been stuck on the same level of Candy Crush for over a week now, but cracked it this morning. Woohoo!!
I've also spent about half an hour looking at the funny photos on here and howling with laughter at the clip of the voice activated lift. (Not sure how to post the link, but it really is so funny for me, as the owner of a Broad Glasgow accent.)
In actual fact I've spent so long faffing about on here, I've got nothing done this morning, so off now to peel the patch of my pj's and have a bath.
