Well, I've made it. So pleased I now consider myself a non smoker.

Thanks for all the support on this forum in the early weeks. It really helped to keep me inspired.

To anyone just starting out, I can truly say that you'll be surprised how quickly it creeps up on you, and you've done weeks, and then months before you know it.
