Just realised I've done over 3 months!!! I've not counted the last couple of weeks as it seems I've forgotten about it! I still have the odd craving but it's more a feeling of having forgotten something, not a knee trembling, earth shattering craving (for now, anyway!) like they used to be. Here's hoping that I have finally become a real non smoker!

Lol, Max! Unfortunately, I have never thought 'just the one'...I've always ended my quit with...'I can give up any time'. Not this time though. My head is in the right place, just like it was when I had one of my more successful quits about 15 years ago. This time HAS to be the last time!
