How Many I WOULD have smoked !

Just checked my little phone app I downloaded day 1 of my quit and I cannot believed after 101 days as a non smoker I would have smoked

2,021 cigs !

Saved £815

This is what keeps me going, also if I did smoke again I imagine that smoke going down to my lungs and stinging and burning and basically hurting.

A day at a time

And there is not one day so far has gone where I don't think about smoking !

I keep trying to imagine what 2,021 cigs would look like all piled up tog!

I think the fact that we just see the last one , or the last packet, is the thing that keeps people smoking.

If we could see the mountain piling up we'd all be horrified:eek: Mine was sommat like 7700 in a year!!! OMG Think about that over 10 years, 15 years, 20 years! All that time, energy, health and money just burned away.

You will get to the place where you don't even think about smoking, so keep up the good work. x

I can't wait to get to that stage. My partner is very anti smoking and has never smoked but is very understanding and Proud of me.

I don't know what it is this time that keeps me going...knowledge maybe. Health especially now in later years.

Ignorance was bliss wasn't it LOL !
