80 days today - had an incredible day - no major cravings, just a weird one a few minutes ago when someone offered someone a cigarette in a film stating "it always helps"- - my dim addictive brain says in a droopy voice "they do help don't they!", I notice the voice and put him right...the battle continues!

Well done! Nasty Nic is really cruel and he creeps up on us from nowhere. He has been visiting me a lot lately. Not sure why, but he is really really testing me! However he isn't trying to get me to smoke cigarettes, he's trying to get me to puff on my e cig! He WILL NOT defeat us!!!!!

It really helps to know i am not alone - i am really looking forward to that 100 day mark!! thanks all for support - just the smallest comment can really help one another!
