Week 5

Hi all. I'm starting my fifth week today after a successful weekend of non-smoking. I repaired my girlfriend's car which is quite a stressful thing for me, yet cigarettes didn't even cross my mind.

Some of you may remember that I was planning to take up running when I quit last month, but unfortunately damaged my ankle three days before. It's healing well and I am now at the stage where I can walk normally without having a support on it, so I'm hoping when I start running in a few more weeks I will find it easier after not having smoked for such a long time before!
