I am looking after my granddaughter today she wasn't aware I had stopped smoking and she said after being there a short time how nice my flat was smelling which made me very pleased and I told her I am now a non-smoker she was delighted and so am I it's been 2 weeks 1 day 15 hours since I put any poison into my body and I have saved £100

It is all worth it.

When you are smoking you just do not realise how awful the smell is. When shopping you suddenly get that acrid whiff of stale smoke as someone passes you, or you pass the people outside smoking and it is really minging. In fact I think the stale smell of smoke is actually worse.

So well done Rex. Keep positive and keep up the good work. I'll bet your grand daughter is really proud of you.
