Sounds like you need serious help
The point is
Now there are some that would say that I shouldn't talk because I have set quit dates and then smoked but I've always got back on the horse.
I have a new date and a new way of quitting and this time it will work.
Having read your post, I think you're running scared - frightened to quit and frightened to carry on smoking.
We all have to do stuff that we don't like - me included - but nothing comes to them that don't try and try and try because you will succeed.
What I would say is face your demons as they may night be as bad as you think and should they turn out to be that bad those on here will help you all the way.
I personally vote for FREEDOM every time and I will do this because I want to.
It is a battle that you can win but you can't/won't if you don't take to the battlefield because you're scared.
