Hello all, I'm Morris - and boy, am I addicted

It was going so well - we (my wife and I) gave up on the 1st of July and all was as well as it gets. We supported each other pretty well.

However, today she left me for NY (work) for a week - and I feel empty - surely one won't hurt!!! I don't want to smoke. But I need to keep myself occupied until the shops close! I hope you don't mind me sounding off like this

The last thing she said to me this morning was "Be good - don't smoke".

I'm not going to smoke today... Saturday is another day. I've had enough.
