6 months done on the 6th july feeling pretty damn smug I can tell you but not complacent its an ongoing battle, from the dark days in january when I could easily have run barefooted in the snow to the shop for a pack of fags to now seems a lifetime. I have no idea if anyone remembers me but if any new quitters read this you can achieve your goal, it is hard and there will be times when you will want to quit, just stay strong, keep coming back to the forum and most of all good luck!!
ooops I passed my 6 month milestone and for... - No Smoking Day

Well done Dena! That is just brilliant, great for the new quitters to see this
Of course I remember you, you were my quit buddy. It's great to see you are still quit after the terrible time you went through in JanuRy, will see you in the Penthouse.
Excellent Dean well done,a dwindling but fierce bunch of determined people are still splattering Nicdemon each day from the Xmas 2012 into New Year quit period
Well done to you Dean, a superb achievement!
As Max says, the 'Christmas Conquerors' from 2012 seems to be a dwindling bunch - how many are still 'on the wagon' I wonder? Only a handful still posting on a regular basis - I really hope at least a few of the others are still smoke free but just not active on the forum:confused::confused:
Doing great BD. 6 months is a milestone but it can be a very heavy one. I found it a particularly hard time - but hey i'm still here!!!
