I'm at week 13 and on Sunday will be 3 clear calendar months since giving up the evils - so I'm wondering if I can join the big boys and girls in months 4 & 5 now - I don't mind waiting in the hallway or garden till my room's ready!!!!! I have noticed lately that although I'm still feeling the effects of the Champix (not taken it now for 5 weeks), I've found a new smugness - caught myself smiling as I was walking to work this morning just because I think I got this in the bag!!!!! More people at work have now noticed that I'm not smoking anymore and are congratulating me - something I dreaded at first incase talking about it made me want to actually smoke!!!!! And I'm doing the smug response to their congratulations too!!!!

thanks Guys!!!! Still got this nasty taste in my mouth and still frowning everywhere!!!! but no cravings Kat/Max did you get this after stopping the Champix?? I've been off that for 6 weeks now - starting to think I'm never going to get rid of the funny taste - loving my new room by the way!!!!!

Teflon - I have just gotten over a cold and cough so hopefully will ease up soon and Kat I never thought about the anaemia thing!!! that's worth a look into - thanks!!!
