90 days for me not smoking.....feeling pretty damn good about it!
BUT, twice over the last couple of days I have been in situations where I would have smoked (and enjoyed it!), and have felt massive cravings for a ciggie:
1) Visiting my parents (who go to bed at 9'o'clock!), and I would've had at least 3 ciggies at least before my bedtime
2) Down the pub with friends. 3 glasses of wine and I was all ready to visit the smoking area for one!
So my point is, I am absolutely fine with day to day activities and I can honestly say I don't have any cravings, yet suddenly, a situation that I've not been in since giving up smoking, and the old nicodemon starts rearing it's ugly head!
Amazing really when you think about it!!!! Not struggling, just find it really interesting!
Hope all you fellow quitters are doing well out there

I think you are correct in that he does rear his very ugly head ! To be honest struggled today but just knew that it was just a little feeling that I need to ignore!
