So here I am on another quit. I want this to be the last. My husband has gone away for nearly a month so I am using this time to quit. It is hard to quit when he is here smoking. I am just so tired if smoking.
Today has been ok. I drinking lots of water and keeping busy.

Welcome back! What happened on your previous quits? Are there lessons you can learn from those? I too have had numerous quits, but this one just feels right! This forum is amazing and the people are so supportive!
I think in the past, I have given in to the voice that says 'just one won't hurt'. I must keep my resolve this time. I turn 50 in September and want to greet it as a non smoker.
I did not make it to day 3. However, instead of thinking damn, and oh well I 'll try again next month, I did something positive. I booked myself in to the Allen Carr clinic in London. Lucky for me our company private health insurance offers a 75% discount. I went yesterday and I am so glad I did. I felt really tired last night so I went to bed early. I feel good today and very positive.
I am have a busy day planned. I really think this is it.
