Hi people,

Sorry for not being here recently, it's either becuase I forget I ever smoked, or that I have been busy.

In the last 6 months I have had a stag night, a wedding and a honeymoon, but I haven't had so much as a puff of a cigarette.

I have no idea how I afforded smoking, I certainly don't notice £8/ day building up. But I am fitter already, earlier this week I cycle commuted to work and back - 22 miles each way with heavy panniers either side of my rear wheel.

I'm going to do this once or twice a week, but will start to make use of a locker the night before, so I don't have to keep using the panniers!!

Right, I'm off to give some encouragement to the newbies!!
