Last week had a crazy few days when my addicted brain was watching people on e-cigs and telling me to go on - get back on the nicotine. Everywhere i looked I saw people on E-cigs seeming happy, laughing and happier than me - all i could hear was the Carpenters "close to you" as I looked at them seemingly lovely sticks! So i posted on here my dilemma and got such positive answers and encouragement - i snapped out of it and have been fine since. Well intended family/friends who thought i was suffering would have said "go for it" rather than be stressed - but you guys - having walked the walk really helped me remain nic free ( 5 weeks tomorrow!). so thanks and my advice is if in doubt post on here you will be helped by people who are grateful and want to pass on the gratitude -very very rare and very attractive! ! by the way return key has stopped working hence massive paragraph that has just got bigger explaining that!
