hi everyone i gave up on jan 6th , just checking in , still going strong,dont feel any richer , but can walk up the stairs now and not collapse at the top , hope there are some other jan quitters still going strong ,good luck to everyone who is just starting to quit as well .

thanks everyone , and well done to you all, hope there is more than chilled water in the pent house , ill give the snacks in here a miss , ive snacked too much for the last 5/6 months, so wont be jumping in the jacuzzi anytime soon
