Made it back into two day so I'm pleased with myself, the little monster ha tried quite a few times today to provide me with excuses to give in but I got through in
So tired today, looking forward to dinner, a big mug of tea, shortbread and an early night with my latest stop smoking read "The Tao of Quitting Smoking" - anyone else read this?

Thanks! Sorry your nit having as positive a day today but your 100% right we have to take the good days with the bad days, it will only make us stronger
Until you are able to battle through the tricky days and know that you can face other ones in future, your quit may be balanced on a knife edge. All of the successful quitters that post here-with 1 year plus of quit-all have faced down tough days and lots of them.;)
Don't worry Max, I have no desire to smoke, just got a bit down earlier thinking the last 8 weeks may have been a waste according to Mr Carr. But hey, we are all different and I can do my quit any way I want to.
Mrs M is a tough cookie too - I can feel it in my bones!!!

You should be pleased!!! Everyday without a cigarette makes you a champion! Let me know if that book is good. Every little bit helps!
